We’ve added two more dates to our training programme. Each course has been designed to truly make a difference to you and your organisation. Members can attend the additional courses at no charge as part of your yearly training allocation.
We’ve added additional dates for the following:
- Supporting Residents Through Building Safety Challenges – 29 November 2021 (MS Teams)
- Following a request from our Members we’ve worked with Tpas to deliver this training course for our network. This course will support delegates in understanding key elements to building safety from a resident’s viewpoint. It will discuss such areas as, resident decision making, what delivers meaningful engagement and how to support vulnerable residents. Learn more and register here.
- Disabled Adaptations for Social Housing – 21 March 2022 (MS Teams)
- Following a request from our Members we’ve worked with Birketts LLP to design and deliver this training course for our network. This course will develop delegates’ understanding of the rules and guidance regarding disability adaptations within social housing properties. Learn more and register here.
