This workshop will cover best practice approaches to identifying and analysing appropriate sites to inform land bids, and enable viable sites to be brought forward quickly and efficiently with strong business cases. This will cover how to perform desk and on-site feasibilities and investigations, understanding specialist reports that may be required, and key considerations around planning risk, viability, and legal considerations.
