Training will cover the crucial information housing and leasehold management teams need to know to deliver an efficient and effective service to leaseholders. It’s designed to give delegates the tools to approach leasehold management in the best possible way.
Content includes the following:
- Understanding the lease
- What costs can be recovered in the service charge
- Section 20 consultation
- Administration fees
- Recovering unpaid service charges
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement
- Leasehold reform and implications for the future
Training will take place on MS Teams across the course of the day – 9.30am until 3.30pm with regular breaks.
