COURSE OUTLINE
This course delves more deeply into the legal and operational nitty gritty of running asset management contracts. The training will use the JCT Measured Term Contract as it’s base and will look specifically at how delegates can practically manage contracts on the ground to ensure that it performs well.
The interactive session will look at the value of effective contract administration, how to recognise common areas of risk and how to approach them. Delegates will better understand the material contractual terms and conditions, as well as the impact of disputes, and how to deal with them.
