In line with our Strategic Objectives for ‘Coaching and Equipping our Members to Achieve Value’, South East Consortium (SEC) are doing more to support our members. From the 1st December 2020 we’ll provide additional support to our members on contracts they procure through us. We’ll now offer to attend your pre-contract meetings and 12 month reviews.
SEC will be able to attend pre-contract meetings prior to works starting and further 12 month reviews (where applicable) as part of best practice for contract management. SEC will assist our members to prepare for their meeting with suggestions to help them produce their own agenda and run the meeting with confidence.
We’ll be able to assist with reviewing KPIs and contractor performance against the promises set out in their quality submissions.
