COURSE OUTLINE

The one-day course will look at the theory of contract administration, along with some examples using the JCT Intermediate Building Contract with contractor’s design 2016 as the basis. The session will be interactive in nature with a mixture of teaching and discussion – the aim is for each delegate to learn from each other and not just imparting knowledge from the front.

The day will be a mixture of fun and learning – participants should expect to end the day with solid, practical tips and examples to use in their day-to-day work situations; enabling them to manage contract administration in a more confident and professional manner.

David, our Head of Operations will deliver this course. David has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the construction sector and within housing in particular – having been involved in a large ALMO at Head of Service level.
