COURSE OUTLINE

This course explores of the origins of Social Housing and how this informs the purpose and values of housing organisations today. We will learn how Housing associations are structured, funded and regulated. Introductory session for people new to social housing and provides an overview and opportunity to understand how housing associations and local authority housing  departments function including participants job roles fit into the wider context of social housing today.
