Our Technical Partnerships team use their experience and skills to help our customers with a number of items to get you procurement ready.

We also offer support to customers with their contracts post-award. SEC can be on hand to attend pre-contract meetings and then yearly contract meetings thereafter. This helps to ensure that your contract once procured through us performs well from procurement to completion.

Specification support

In many cases our customers have their specification in hand ready for procurement. Sometimes however, Members approach us for support when they do not have this ready to go – in these cases we’re more than happy and able to help.

We’re able to adapt or write your specification to ensure that the document meets with your procurement aims. This service ranges from meeting with our Technical Partnerships team to help the write your specification, or it can include SEC employing the services of a consultant to complete the specification for you. In addition we can facilitate this service for bespoke procurements outside of our frameworks.

Cost Model Support

Similarly to our specification support, we’re able to help customers who do not have their cost model ready for procurement. In this case we can help to review your price model to ensure its fit for purpose. Alternatively we can employ to services of a consultant to develop the pricing model.

Section 20 Advice

We’re regularly advising customers on their Section 20 consultations and have prepared a number of documents which may be of use to you.
