COURSE OUTLINE

We’ve partnered with Trowers & Hamlins to design this bespoke session for our network.

This interactive session will be hosted by Rebecca Rees from Trowers & Hamlins. The day will focus on procurement strategy as a whole package. Delegates will explore how they can utilise intelligent procurement practices to ensure the resulting contract performs well and works for you and your organisation. We’ll look at:

  • Utilising your procurement strategy
  • Risk mitigation strategies
  • Thoughtful approaches to quality questions – and how you can use them
  • Practical examples of the good, the bad and the ugly

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This course is ideal for procurement professionals, asset managers, surveyors and finance staff who will be involved in the procurement at any stage. We also encourage procurement colleagues to bring your internal clients along.
