SEC Checklists (Project Initiation Documents)

We use our checklists in order to best understand your requirements. It helps us to tailor our services to your specific project and deliver results which meets with your objectives.

Before you can complete one of our online checklists, please register for a SEC account. This will allow you to start a form, save it to return to it at a later date. Your account will also allow you to have common fields auto populated to save you time in the future.

When using the majority of our frameworks we’ll ask you to complete one of the three checklists below. Which checklist you complete depends on your desired process – Direct Award or Mini Tender.

If you’d like to proceed with a Direct Award to the top ranked supplier then you only need to complete the ‘Direct Award’ checklist below.

If you’d like to carry out a Mini Tender then we’ll ask you to complete an ‘Expression of Interest’ checklist first. This will allow us to approach all the contractors on the Framework Lot, tell them about your project and your timescales. They’ll then advise if they’d be interestested in bidding for your contract. Once you’ve confirmed you’d like to go ahead with the mini-tender then we’ll ask you to complete the ‘Mini Tender’ checklist.
