This Lot provides you with a compliant route to appoint experienced lift contractors. They’ll be able to support you with your passenger lift servicing and maintenance and all have experience working with the housing sector.
Included in the scope of the framework are the following requirements:
- Contractors shall carry out a planned maintenance programme to all the lifting equipment.
- The servicing and maintenance programme shall include a thorough clean-down of each individual lift shaft every 12 months.
- The Contractor shall provide a callout service both during and outside normal working hours to carry out emergency repairs to restore a passenger lift, which has ceased to meet an acceptable condition.
Please note that if fully inclusive servicing and breakdown cover is required by the Client, then this will be subject to a mini competition.
