Responsive Repairs, Voids and Planned Maintenance DPS

Our DPS provides a quick, effective and compliant way to manage your responsive repairs, voids and planned maintenance projects. Procuring works from the model is easy. SEC will manage the process and be the initial point of contact if assistance or advice is needed.

Some aspects of the model are similar to a framework – but an important difference is that suppliers can join or leave the DPS at anytime.

Electrical Works

Our Electrical Works Lot of our I&E Framework supports you procure contracts for electrical testing, installations and/or upgrades to a variety of individual residential properties, communal areas, multi occupancy residential blocks and commercial premises.

Internal & External Decoration & Repairs

This Lot is a part of our Building Works framework. It’s been designed to help you procure contracts for the provision of repairs and cyclical decoration works to the internal and external structure of your assets.

This Lot is a part of our Building Works framework. It’s been designed to help you procure contracts for the labour and replacement of kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms and W.Cs. This includes electrical works where required.

Roofing Works

Our Roofing Lot covers the provision for the replacement or repair of existing pitched roof coverings, roof structures, guttering / rainwater pipes, fascias / soffits, dormer windows where identified. It has been broken down into 3 sub-lots to allow for specialist roofing contractors.
