Major Refurbishment Projects

This Major Refurbishment Lot has been designed to encompass all framework work streams. It has been divided into two sub-Lots dependant on project value – with Lot 1a covering projects under £1 million per annum and Lot 1b covering projects over £1 million per annum. There is no upper value limit.

Projects are likely to consist of several works bundled together to form a major refurbishment project. The appointed building contractor will cover all aspects of the contract.

Internal & External Building Works

Our building works framework provides you with a compliant route to appoint a range of building contractors – from bigger nationwide suppliers to specialist contractors and SME’s alike. It is designed to accommodate single or multi-site projects. Lots cover a range of internal and external works – including major refurbishments, roofing, kitchens & bathrooms, windows & doors, and cyclical decorations.

Zero Carbon Solutions

Our Zero Carbon Solutions framework supports customers with the design, delivery and maintenance of whole house energy efficiency measures. It provides practical and innovative solutions for low and zero carbon homes, which look beyond the ‘tick box’ and towards real and long-tem carbon reductions.
