We’re in the process of re-procuring our Heating and I&E frameworks which are due to expire next year. The tender documents are due to be published on myTenders mid-January 2019.
Our current Internal & External works framework has been very successful, with over £85m worth of work going though it. The new framework will cover:

- Kitchens and Bathrooms
- Windows and Doors
- Roofing
- Electrical Works
- Cyclical Decoration
Our current Heating framework has been equally popular with £25m worth of contracts to date. The new framework will cover:
- Heating Compliancy
- Domestic Heating
- Commercial Heating
- Water Hygiene
