We’re pleased to announce that we’ve recently helped L&Q to procure two long-term contracts through our Heating and Compliancy Management Framework. The successful providers were K&T Heating Services and Swale Heating. Both contracts will support the G15 provider with their gas servicing, repairs and installations over the next 8 years and are expected to generate in excess of £60m each across the contract term.

We are delighted to have supported L&Q throughout the procurement process earlier this year. We facilitated conversations between the providers and were able to help administer the awards. We’d like to thank all parties for their collaboration and we look forward to supporting L&Q with more procurements in the future.
