We’ll soon be out to tender for a new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Responsive Repairs, Voids and Planned Maintenance.

We’re currently working on this new DPS in response to requests from many of our Members.  We continually review the procurement options we have available to our customers – the DPS will be a great addition to our current framework offering.

Our customers have a range of requirements and are looking for a quick, effective and compliant way to manage their responsive repairs, voids and planned maintenance projects. A DPS offers a solution. We’ll be looking to attract a range of suppliers of different sizes and relevant trades to be part of the DPS.

It’s planned that the DPS will run for five years. We anticipate that we will issue the notice by mid-July, with a DPS start date by the end of August. We’ll publish the DPS through Proactics – a procurement portal. The link to the documents will also be advertised on Find a Tender Service and Contracts Finder.

We’ll procure the DPS through a Restricted tender process. We’ll ask tenderers to complete a Supplier Questionnaire online for evaluation. If successful, tenderers will then be appointed to the DPS and be able to take part in future related tender opportunities.

All call offs from the DPS have to be mini tenders – there will be no direct award  option available. SEC will manage this process and be the initial point of contact if assistance or advice is required.

If you’re interested in tendering for the DPS please follow us on LinkedIn or receive notifications from us on Find a Tender Service – we’ll share the link with you once we publish the Contract Notice in July.

Update 30/June – We’ll be hosting a supplier engagement session on 23rd July. We’ll be exploring the DPS model in more detail and answering any questions you may have on the tender. If you’d like to attend please register here – DPS Supplier Engagement Event – 23 July (9 – 10.30am)

If you’ve any further questions regarding the DPS please contact a member of the team – we’re happy to help! You can reach us on 020 8036 0004 or email info@southeastconsortium.org.uk
