Swale Heating’s expertise in delivering 100% gas safety compliancy with high customer satisfaction has made it the specialist service provider of choice for Clarion Housing, part of Clarion Housing Group, the largest housing association in the country.

Swale Heating is contracted to provide heating systems maintenance and reactive installation to 11,040 of Clarion Housing’s social housing properties in an area covering parts of Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Fenland.

The mobilisation in March 2018 coincided with some of the worst weather on record as the Beast from the East combined with Storm Emma to produce extraordinarily difficult conditions.
