Aaron Services were contracted to complete electrical inspection condition reports and associated remedial works for 800 of Dover District Councils occupied social housing properties, to ensure the Councils compliance.

Completion Ahead of Programme
The contract was scheduled to commence in April 2020 and complete in September 2020. COVID-19 forced a delay to programme commencement (until July). Thanks to Aarons flexible and effective resource management, all required reports were completed before the end of August 2020.
Real-time Technology Provided Contract Efficiencies
Aaron Services in-house ICT team developed a secure real-time interface with Dover District Council’s system, providing a transparent audit trail throughout.
Third Party Certificate Verification Ensured Prompt and Compliant Completion
Aaron Services System directly interfaced with the Corgi ‘Compliance Document Management System’ (CDMS). The third-party system, implemented by Dover District Council verified the accuracy of all 800 certificates. 100% passed first time.
Investment in Local Community
Due to the short-term duration of the contract, Aaron Services appointed an apprentice from the Dover District Council community to gain experience on this scheme as part of their existing course.
Secured Future Work Demonstrates Delivery to Mutual Satisfaction
Due to the successful delivery of this contract, Dover District Council have appointed Aaron Services to complete a further contract to complete 400 electrical inspection condition reports and associated remedial works Feb-July 2021.
