As the largest borough in Kent, we manage over 5000 homes as well as 1900 garages. Designated by the government as a growth area a £2.5 billion investment programme is under way to provide new homes and jobs by 2031. 

Our strategy sets out how we, in partnership with other organisations, will work towards ensuring that all residents in the borough have access to a suitable home and related support services over the next 3 years.
