Servicing and Installation of Heating Systems

The framework consists of 2 lots as follows:

Lot 1 - Servicing, Breakdown and Installation of Heating Systems

A 3 star comprehensive servicing, breakdown and installation contract based upon individual appliance types annual safety inspections. various forms of renewable technologies are also included. This lot covers:  

• Domestic heating appliances and systems
• Commercial/Communal appliances in multi-occupancy dwelling
• Reduced repair rate for in warranty appliances
• CO detectors, immerson heaters, safety cut outs, unvented hot water cylinders and thermostatic mixing valves
• Rates include height access equipment
• 4 year warranties on new installations
• Basket rates for DLOs
• Legionella risk assessments and completion of resultant works    

Lot 2 - Water Hygiene Specialists

This lot covers:

• Water system cleansing adn ACOP L8 risk assessments
• Biannual servicing
• Remedial and capitla works
