The framework consists of 7 lots.

Lot 1 - Kitchens and Bathrooms

As well as the supply and installation of kitchens and bathrooms the following are also included:

  • Electrics
  • Damp proofing
  • Minor structural works
  • Flooring
  • Water saving devices
  • Necessary decoration
  • Repositioning of soil stacks
  • Asbestos

Lot 2 - Doors and Windows

As we asll the installation of doors and windows this lot also includes:

  • Draft proofing
  • Fascias and soffits
  • Access for multiple storey buildings
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Repairs

Lot 3 - Pitched Roofing

As well as the repair and replacement of pitched roofing this lot also includes:

  • Fascias and soffits
  • Guttering and drainpipes
  • Chimney repairs
  • Gable ends
  • Strengthening of joists
  • PV panels - removal/liaison with other relevant parties
  • Asbestos
  • Aerials
  • Height access equipment   

Lot 4 - Flat Roofing

As well as the repair and replacement of flat roofing this lot also includes:

  • Fascias and soffits
  • Guttering and drainpipes
  • Chimney repairs
  • Gable ends
  • Strengthening of joists
  • PV panels - removal/liaison with other relevant parties
  • Asbestos
  • Aerials
  • Height access equipment  

Lot 5 - Electrical

This lot includes:

  • Upgrades
  • Rewiring
  • Testing
  • Sensors (PIR)
  • Smoke alarms
  • Emergency lighting
  • Communal and external lighting

Lot 6 - External Repairs and Cyclical Decs

This lot covers:

  • Decoration to internal common areas
  • External decs - including repairs prior to painting
  • Brickwork - including re-pointing and remedial wall and frame tie replacement
  • Rendering repairs
  • Masonry redecoration
  • Carpentry goods
  • Fascias and soffits
  • Rainwater goods
  • Repairs to external cladding

Lot 7 - Major Refurbishment

This lot is for the major refurbishment of a building including:

  • Landscaping - hard and soft
  • Cladding
  • Flooring
  • Fencing
  • Fire precaution work
  • Damp proofing
  • Insulation - loft and cavity wall
  • Concrete - repairs to canopies, communal cantilevered balconies, staircases and lintels, gutter repairs and lining
  • Kitchens and bathrooms
  • Timber and metal windows and doors
  • Below ground drainage
