The framework covers:

 Core Services

• Securing and reporting against any funding including CERT (Carbon Emissions Reduction Target)
• Annual health and safety check of any third part installation or servicing contractor.
• Complaints handling and troubleshooting for residents.
• Provision of management information and KPI data for consultative, installation and servicing contracts.
• Provision of information to support the gathering of stock condition data.
• Legislative and statutory updates.
• Advice on renewables, marketplace developments and system improvements.
• Support with the development of whole life costs.
• Heating system design and specification where required.

 Heating Installations

• Develop and manage planned programme.
• 10% post inspection audit on installations.
• Pre-site surveys.
• Annual health and safety audit of heating contractors.

Heating Servicing

• Co-ordinate and produce Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificates.
• 10% audit of above.
• 10% audit of any associated Legionella works.
• Annual health and safety audit of heating contractors.
• Develop and manage planned programme of Insulation Installations.
• EPC surveys.
• SAP surveys.
• L8 risk assessments.
