The framework covers:

 Lot 1 – Inspections

• MHDS 100 compliant surveys – Type 2 and Type 3
• Bulk sampling and analysis
• Site visits
• 24/7 call-outs
• Air monitoring and site supervision
• Specification design and risk assessments
• Asbestos treatment and removal management if required
• General and project specific asbestos advice
• Re-inspections (over the four year period) to enable clients to update asbestos management databases

 Lot 2 – Removals

• Remedial works (where possible removal of asbestos will be avoided)
• Careful and controlled removal of asbestos containing materials (ACM's) in accordance with current legislation
• Full decontamination or encapsulation and /or treatment of rooms / areas containing ACM's
• Controlled pick up and disposal of asbestos or equipment that may contain asbestos
• Carry out site visits
• 24/7 and 365 emergency call-outs
• Temporary reinstatement facility to make safe and secure asbestos rooms/ areas
